摘　　要：目的通过护理专业人才需求调查,从宏观上把握卫生服务行业用人单位的人才需求现状,为护理专业教学改革的提供指导。方法向医院用人单位发放护理专业人才需求调查问卷。结果各级医院在编护士床护比均未达到配备标准,三级、二级医院中20～29岁护士所占比例最高,所有医院现有护士大专学历所占比例最高,三级医院护理岗位向专科化方向发展明显。结论未来三年,各级医院对护士的需求仍大,招聘护士的起点学历为高职/大专,对护士人文素质要求增高,护理专业教育既要培养一定的通用护士,也要培养有一些有专业方向的护士。Objective Through the survey on the demand of nursing professionals,to learn the demand status of healthcare professionals in all levels of institutions and provide the teaching reform of nursing with the guidance.Methods Deliver the questionnaires to the hospitals.Conclusion The rate between registered nurses and beds doesn＇t reach the requirements.20~29 aged nurses in the hospitals of the third and second levels occupy the highest;the nursing diploma in all hospitals occupies the highest.
