摘  要:鞍钢宪法是富有中国特色的企业管理理念之一,它并没有随着特定时期政治经济体制的终结而消亡,而是以多种形式在国内外企业治理中渐进扩散,并与知识经济时代的后现代管理思潮高度契合。批判资本主义及其现代性逻辑造成的一部分人对另一部分人的剥削与压迫,追求管理过程中人的自由与解放是鞍钢宪法与后现代管理共同的理论聚焦点。鞍钢宪法同时蕴含参与管理与"去中心化"、制度创新与"重新想像"、团队协作与整体性思维等后现代管理思想。"Anshan Steel Constitution", which was born in the 1960s China, is one of the important business management concepts with noticeable Chinese characteristics. It is not disappeared with the pelitical and economic systems in specific: period, but slowly spread s in corporate governance at home and abroad with various forms, and combines with the pestmodem management in the knowledge economy era. Criticizing the exploitation and oppression which is caused by capitalism and its modernity logics and pursuing the freedom and emancipation in the management process are the common theory themes of "Anshan Steel Comtitution" and pestmodem management. What is more? "Anshan Steel Constitution" has much other postmodem management thoughts such as the participative management with its "de- centralizing" connotation, the innovation of systems with its connotation of "re- imaging", teamwork with its holistic thought. It gives us much enlightenment in the construction of a new management paradigm which can service for business management much better in the knowledge economy era.
