摘　　要：目的探讨p130Cas和E—cadherin在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用量子点免疫荧光组织化学方法检测40例前列腺癌（PCa）组织和20例良性前列腺增生（BPFI）组织中p130Cas和E—cadherin的表达。结果p130Cas在BPH组织和PCa组织中表达的阳性率分别为15．0％和52．5％（P〈0．05），E—cadherin在BPH组织和PCa组织中表达的阳性率分别为90．0％和57．5％（P〈0．05）；PCa组织中p130Cas和E—cadherin的表达与肿瘤的病理分级和临床分期密切相关（P均〈0．05）；p130Cas和E—cadherin在PCa组织中的表达具有相关性（P〈0．05）。结论p130Cas和E—cadherin有可能成为判断前列腺癌恶性程度及预后的参考指标。Objective To investigate the expression of p130Cas and E-cadherin in prostate cancer and their clinical significance. Methods The expression of p130Cas and E-cadherin in 40 cases of prostate cancer and 20 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） was examined by quantum-dot-based immuno- fluorescence histochemistry. Results The positive expression rate of p130Cas was 52.5% in prostate cancer and 15.0% in benign prostatic hyperplasia （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The positive expression rate of E-cadherin was 57. 5% in prostate cancer and 90. 0% in benign prostatic hyperplasia （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of p130Cas and E-eadherin in prostate cancer was correlated with pathological grade and clinical stage （P 〈 0. 05 for all comparisons）. Correlation was found between expression intensities of p130Cas and E-cadherin in prostate cancer （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion p130Cas and E-cadherin may be able to act as markers to the malignant degree and the prognosis of prostate cancer.
