摘　　要：本文界定了企业安全文化战略管理的内涵,构建了企业安全文化战略管理的结构框架,提出了以人为本的管理理念、以人为管理中心的安全文化管理思路,以及建立学习型组织结构模式,提高企业安全文化管理效能,实现企业的安全发展、科学发展、和谐发展。This article defines connotation of the enterprise strategic management in safety culture,builds a strategic management structural framework of enterprise safety culture,puts forward the humanist management idea,for people to management center of safety culture management ideas,set up a learning organization structures,and improve the management efficiency of enterprise safety culture,the realization enterprise security development,scientific and harmonious development.
