摘　　要：新升本科院校已成为我国本科教育的重要组成部分。新升本科院校发展中面临着定位不准、条件不足、队伍薄弱、特色不明等突出问题,加强发展研究、促进科学定位、建立新升本科院校合作机制、强化分类指导是实现新升本科院校健康发展的重要方法。Newly-upgraded universities have become an important part of undergraduate education in our country.In its development,there are many prominent problems,such as inaccurate positioning,insufficient conditions,weak teams and unclear characteristic etc.To enhance the development of research,promote scientific orientation,establish cooperation mechanism of newly-upgraded universities and strengthen classification guidance is important method to realize healthy development of newly-upgraded universities.
