摘　　要：专利档案是高校档案的一个重要组成部分,是高校科研工作中产生专利技术和专利技术推广过程的真实写照,是评聘教师职务及开展科研活动的重要基础资料,是评价学校科研水平和办学能力的重要依据之一。建立一套科学的完整的专利档案,为学校的创新和发展做好此项工作是档案工作者义不容辞的责任。Patent files is an important part of university archives,and reflects the result of scientific research of colleges and universities and the promotion of patent technology,is the important reference for evaluating and employing teacher and carrying out scientific research activities,is also the important basis of assessing the scientific research level of school and school-running ability.So,establishing a set of scientific and complete patent files is important to the school＇s innovation and development.
