后腹腔镜去顶减压术治疗多囊肾的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 通过对后腹腔镜去顶减压术治疗多囊肾病（ADPKD）的术前术后比较,探讨其治疗ADPKD的临床价值.方法 回顾性分析后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顸减压术治疗ADPKD 63例次的临床资料.就术前术后的腰部不适、血压、肾脏体积、较大囊肿（＞4cm的囊肿）、肌酐、GFR等临床疗效指标进行比较,所有统计分析由SPSS17.0软件完成.结果 术前术后的临床疗效指标比校,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,患者临床症状及相关指标有明显好转.结论 后腹腔镜肾囊肿去项减压术能够改善患者临床症状及肾功能,是治疗ADPKD有效的疗法.Objective To assess the clinical value of retroperitoneal laparoscopic cyst decortication for autosomal dominant poly-cystic kidney disease（ADPKD）. Methods The clinical data of 63 patients who underwent retroperitoneal laparoseopic tryst decortication through a retroperitoneal flank were retrospectively analyzed. All statistical analysis were done by the SPSSI7.0 software. Statistical significance was defined as P 〈 0.05. Results The clinical outcome indexes ＇after operation were improved than beforehand the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic cyst decortication is an effective therapy for autosomal dominant polyeystie kidney disease.
