摘　　要：本文旨在于高校学生学业与就业的鸿沟之间探索一座衔接的桥梁，提出基于工学结合理论的高校学生工作室开设模式，以培养学生职业生涯发展能力，同时降低毕业生开发企业核心项目的风险。This paper aims at academic and employment of college students to explore a link between the gap of the bridge is proposed based on theoretical work and study patterns of college students in the studio set up to train students in career development capability, while reducing the development of the core projects of graduates the risk.
