摘  要:目的编制大学生宿舍人际的有效测量工具。方法以罗伯特.凯根的结构—发展理论为基础建构维度,结合专题讨论和专家评定收集和确定题项。对722名大学生测试,经项目分析与探索性因素分析后,用AMOS4.0对模型进行检验和修正,来确定量表的结构和检验其有效性。结果量表由问题解决、尊重、友好氛围和了解促进四因素构成;量表模型拟合指数χ2/df、TLI、CFI和RMSEA分别为2.488,0.876,0.890和0.056;总量表的Cronbach’sα为0.90,各因素Cronbach’sα为0.69~0.81;量表测量结果与生活经验和相关测量结果吻合。结论量表具有良好信效度。Objective To develop a validity tool for measuring college students' relationship in dormitory.Methods Based on Robert Kegan's structure-development theory,the dimensions in this article were constructed.Then the preliminary scale was developed from seminar discussion and expert assessment.Through the tests in 722 college students,after the performance of the project analysis and exploratory factor analysis were conducted,then the concept model was tested and corrected in software of AMOS 4.0,and at last scale's structure was fixed and its validity were tested.Results this scale included four factors: problems solving,respecting,friendly atmosphere and understand promotion;χ2/df、 TLI、CFI and RMSEA which were fit indexes of this scale were 2.488,0.876,0.890 and 0.056 respectively;The total cronbach' α was 0.90;the Cronbach' α of au facto were 0.69~0.81;The female got higher score in factors of friendly atmosphere(t=2.42,P=0.02) and understand promotion(t=4.73,P0.01);The result of this scale was consistent with life experiences and relevant measurement results.Conclusion This scale has better reliability and validity.
