摘 要:学科实体运行的基础是资源,运行的目的是通过对资源的合理运用获得学科竞争力。借鉴相关理论,将学科资源按其资产特性区分为通用性资源与独特性资源,将学科竞争活动按其系统机能区分为输出性竞争与输入性竞争,将学科竞争力按其发生场域区分为学术竞争力与市场竞争力,将学科发展架构按其战略意图区分为传统优势学科与新兴拓展学科,有利于深度分析大学学科发展战略中的重大实质性问题。The basis of discipline operation is resources, and the aim of discipline opera- tion is to gain the competitiveness through rational utilization of resources. Based on the con cerned theories, discipline resources could be divided into general resource and unique resource according to their property natures; discipline competitive activities could be divided into input competition and output competition according to the system functions; discipline competitiveness could be divided into academic competitiveness and market competitiveness according to their occurred fields; the discipline development framework could be divided into traditional preponderant disciplines and newly-emerged disciplines according to the strategic intention, which is critical to give a profound analysis on essential problems in university dis- cipline development strategy.
