摘　　要：文章在归纳国内外关于核心企业理论与企业技术创新生态理论的相关研究基础上,通过分析已有的企业技术创新生态系统结构模型的不足,提出了基于核心企业视角的企业技术创新生态系统结构模型。其中包括:核心企业、技术研发与产品应用、创新生境和创新平台四个部分,并结合生态学理论,深入探讨了各结构部分的内涵和其相互作用关系,阐明了企业技术创新生态系统与自然生态系统在结构上的相同和差异。This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign researches on the core enterprise theory and enterprise＇s technology innovation ecosystem theory, analyzes the deficiency of current models of the enterprises＇ technology innovation ecosystem, and presents a structural model of enterprises＇ technology innovation ecosystem from the view of the core enterprise. The model includes four parts as follows： core enterprises, technology R＆D and product application, innovation habitat and innovation platform. Furthermore, the structural elements＇ connotations and their interactions are discussed in combination with ecology theory. This paper also clarifies the structure similarities and differences between enterprises＇ technology innovation ecosystem and natural ecosystem.
