摘 要:目的了解护士自我形象的现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法抽取湖南省衡阳市3所三级甲等医院的511名护士为调查对象,采用护士自我形象量表、护理专业自我概念量表、离职意愿量表进行测量。统计学方法包括描述性分析、配对样本t检验、多元线性逐步回归分析。结果护士自我形象的整体感受得分为(3.42±1.20)分。护士感受和期望形象各维度差异均有统计学意义。护理专业自我概念、感受天使形象、感受事业家形象、天使形象差异、离职意愿、最初选择护理专业的原因、家庭来源、月收入、学历共9个变量进入回归方程,共解释护士自我形象总变异的61.4%。结论天使形象是护士感知最强的形象;事业家形象是护士最期望的职业形象;浪漫形象是护士最不期望的形象;月收入是护士自我形象最强的影响因子;积极的护理专业自我概念可以提高护士自我形象,降低离职意愿。Objective To understand the self-image of nurses and analyze its influencing factors.Methods With convenience sampling,a total of 511 nurses participated in the survey with Image of Nursing Questionnaire,Professional Self-Concept of Nurses Instrument(PSCNI) and Turn-over Intention Scale.The result was analyzed with descriptive analysis,paired samples t test and multivariate linear regression analysis.Results The score of general perception of nurses' image was 3.42±1.20.Diversities in dimensions of perceived image and expected image suggested statistically significant differences.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that 9 influencing factors(professional self-concept of nurses,perceived image of angel,perceived careerist,discrepancy of angel image,the intention to quit job,nursing as the first job choice,family background,monthly income and educational background) entered the regression equation and explained 61.4% of the variance of nurses' image.Conclusion Positive professional self-concept exerts influence on nurses' self-image.
