手术室护士工作疲溃感与亚健康状况的相关因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解手术室护士工作疲溃感及其亚健康现状,分析其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法,对哈尔滨3所三级甲等综合医院的110名手术室护士进行调查。结果手术室护士工作疲溃感及亚健康总体水平得分较高。手术室护士工作疲溃感及亚健康与年龄、手术室工作年限、周工作时间呈正相关(P<0.05)。手术室护士工作疲溃感与亚健康呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士工作疲溃感及亚健康总体水平均较高,护理管理者应重视手术室护士身心健康的维护,以提高手术室的护理工作质量。Objective To understand job burnout and sub-health status of operating room nurses,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods The survey was conducted among 110 operating room nurses with a self-developed questionnaire.Results Scores of job burnout and sub-health status of operating room nurses were high.There was positive correlation among scores of job burnout and sub-health status,age,work length and weekly working hours of operating room nurses（P0.05）.While the score of the job burnout had positive correlation with sub-health status in operating room nurses（P0.05）.Conclusion The operating room nurses are with great job burnout and in sub-health status.The administrators should pay more attention to maintain the physical and mental health of operating room nurses so as to improve nursing quality in operating room.
