摘　　要：介绍运用三维软件UG NX7.5运动仿真模块,模拟其模型的分离与接合,并对离合器机构进行运动分析,给出从离合器片的受力、位移和速度曲线的简便直观的方法,为作结构设计及优化设计提供了可参考的数据.The choice and disposal of the clutch makes great influence on the total operating performance.Using the traditional manual calculation method is a tedious work.This paper introduces a simple and intuitive method,where 3d software UG NX7.5 movement simulation module is used to simulates its modeling of separation and joint,an analysis is made for clutch mechanism kinematic,and an easy and visual method is offered to get clutch of force,displacement and speed of the curve.The research provides valuable reference for structure design and its optimization.
