福建省山区、沿海一级及以上医院护理人力资源的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我省山区及沿海一级及以上医院护理人力资源的现状及需求,为培养适应我省各地需求的护理人才提供依据。方法:随机抽取福建省一级及以上医院58所,以每个医院的护理部主任或副主任为调查对象,进行问卷调查。结果:沿海医院床护比为1∶0.53,山区医院床护比为1∶0.57;沿海、山区医院护理人员学历结构比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。沿海、山区医院未来一年内预计需求护理专业毕业生数量、学历构成比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:应适当增加护理人员配备,按学历对护理人员分层管理,根据地区差别培养护理人才,重视护生综合素质的培养。Objective：To investigate the current status and requirement of nurse in mountain area and coastal cities′ hospital from Fujian province,and to provide the basis for schools to cultivate needed person.Methods： By stratified random sampling,58 hospitals′ directors or vice directors in urban of Fujian were investigated by questionnaires.Results：The ratio of sickbeds to nurses in coastal cities′ hospitals was 1∶0.53;this ratio in mountain area cities′ hospitals was 1∶0.57.The academic degree of nurses between mountain area and coastal cities was different（P0.05）.Anticipated demanding quantity and academic degree of nurse students was different（P0.05）.Conclusions： The quantity of nurse should be increased properly.Nurse resources should be hierarchical management based academic degree.Nurse students should be trained according area different,and to bring up the highly qualified and skillful paramedic nurse students to meet the urgent needs.
