新型多功能体温测量盒在急诊科的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨新型多功能体温测量盒在急诊科的应用效果。方法:选择从事临床护理工作的急诊科护士65名,观察室病人40例。将双日使用新型多功能体温测量盒测量体温、脉搏列为实验组,单日使用传统测量方法列为对照组。临床应用30 d。结果:使用新型多功能体温测量盒测量体温、脉搏,操作时间(20.47±1.48)min、体温计摔碎率为0.08%、护士满意率为100%,与用传统方法测量比较差异有统计学意义,均(P<0.05)。结论:使用新型多功能体温测量盒测量体温、脉搏,使护理工作方便快捷,既简单又安全,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the value of using a new multi-functional temperature measuring box in the emergency department.Methods： There were 65 nurses from the emergency and 40 patients from the probationary ward involved in this study.In the experimental group,we used the new device to measure the temperature and pluse in the double days.In the control group,we measured the temperature and pluse by using the traditional methods in single days.The study continued for 30 days.Results： Using the new multi-functional temperature measuring boxes to measure the temperature and pluse,when comparing to the traditional methods,can significantly shorten the time of operation,reduce the incidence of thermometer broken,improve the satisfaction of nursing work（all P0.05）.Conclusion： Using the new multi-functional temperature measuring boxes can make nursing convenient,simple and safe.So it was worthy of spreading in clinical practice.
