摘　　要：在我国军队现代化建设中,军队医院护士是保障医院各项任务顺利完成的重要力量,建设一支有序流动、高素质、相对稳定的护理队伍成为军队教学医院护理人才队伍建设面临的紧迫而又现实的任务。本研究为此通过调查某地三家军队医院护理人才的基础现状,查找军队医院护士建设存在的问题,进行分析讨论后,提出切实可行的管理对策和建议。In the modernization of our army,the army hospital nurses is an important forces for protecting the hospital successfully completed some tasks,and building a high quality,relatively stable and orderly flow of a military teaching hospital nursing team personnel is the urgent and realistic task that faces the construction of nursing.The paper used the three local military hospitals for study,by understanded the status of nursing human resources,found out some military hospital nursing problems of human resources,put forward practical management strategies and recommendations.
