摘 要:唾液腺放射性损伤导致的口干是头颈部肿瘤放疗后最常见的晚期并发症之一,目前仍缺乏简便、无创、实用的临床唾液腺损伤评估手段。磁共振弥散加权成像是近年来开展的唾液腺功能评价方法,具有无创、无辐射的特点。现就不同技术对唾液腺功能评估的研究进行综述,探讨头颈部肿瘤患者放疗前后唾液腺功能变化评定方法的发展。Salivary gland radiation injury with subsequent xerostomia is one of the most common later-period complications in head and neck cancer patients after radiotherapy.However,it is still hard to evaluate salivary gland injury with a simple,non-invasion,and clinically practical method.Diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging,as one of the most important progresses in the latest magnetic resonance imaging techniques,with the virtue of non-invasion and non-ionizingradiation,has been rapidly developed in salivary function assessment in recent years,and it has kept on improving technically.Here is to review the current advance of salivary gland functional evaluation methonds before and after radiotherapy in patients with head and neck cancers.
