武术套路新规则在长拳项目比赛中的实施效果研究——兼对第11届全运会长拳运动员难度技术分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料、数理统计等方法,对第11届全运会武术套路长拳决赛中运动员的技能表现进行分析,旨在研究《武术套路竞赛规则(试行)》在长拳项目比赛中的实施效果。研究结果表明:国内优秀男子长拳运动员对套路竞赛规则具有较强的适应能力,动作质量和难度两部分在男子比赛中的评判效力明显减弱;套路竞赛规则在女子长拳比赛评判中仍具有很强的评判效力。根据研究结果提出了相应对策。Through literature,mathematical statistics and other methods,the paper analyzes the boxers＇ skills in the finals of Changquan sets at the 11th National Games with the purpose of finding out the implementation effects of the Competition Rules of Wushu Sets（Trial） in Changquan competition.The research results indicate that：domestic excellent male Changquan boxers are very adaptable to the new rules and the evaluation effectiveness of the quality and difficulty of movements obviously weakens,while the evaluation effectiveness of the new rules is still very strong in female changquan competition;The independent knee-lifting movement in connecting difficulty is ignored.The paper accordingly suggests the corresponding countermeasures.
