摘　　要：现代传媒因其强大的舆论影响力而成为以反霸为名的非国家组织和以反恐为名的霸权国家争相夺取的意识形态阵地。在此背景下,"恐怖主义"作为一种意识形态而被生产出来,在表面看来它只是一种"媒介镜像",而在更深的层面则体现为资本主义全球化的制度性危机。然而西方媒介对恐怖事件的报道,除了放大恐怖气氛之外,并没有追问和反思恐怖暴力滋生的社会根源;更具误导性的是,这种报道掩盖了"国家恐怖主义"的真相以及"反恐"旗帜下的"霸权主义"本质。The powerful influence of the public opinion has made modern media become a 'wrestling ring' of ideology for both National-extremism under the name of Anti-Hegemony and Hegemony countries which are under Anti-Terrorism.Under the background,it is produced both by the so-called the Terrorism and the Anti-Terrorism,and is used for their own interests.It seems like a media mirror on the surface,but in fact reflects the systemic crisis of capitalist globalization.However,the western press about terrorism incidents doesn't probe into the social roots of the terrorism violence instead of enlarging the atmosphere of terror.The more serious and misleading consequence is that it concealed the truth of State terrorism and the essence of Hegemonism behind the Anti-Terrorism.
