摘 要:研究了光学网点扩大、油墨的铺展和渗透对喷墨印刷网点成像的影响,从理论上对原有的Murry-Davis公式、Yong氏方程及Washburn公式进行了修正,得出了新的模型公式,并通过实验进行验证,确定了模型公式的合理性,为进一步研究喷墨印刷质量控制提供了一定的参照模型和理论依据。During the process of ink-jet printing,due to the ink spreading and penetrating on the paper,as well as the light scattering of paper,the dots on the prints are changed.Among others,paper and ink are the major factors causing the change.The theories of optical dot gain,ink sprawl and permeation are elaborated in this paper,the influences of them on dot gain in ink-jet printing are studied,the original Murry-Davis formula,Young's equation and Washburn formula are amended.New models and formulas are obtained,and the rationality of the model is testified by experiments,which offers reference model and theoretical basis to the further quality control in ink-jet printing.
