摘　　要：教育宽容是在平等、理解、尊重的基础上,对教育及教育过程中的人与事给予一定限度的包容。然而,当前教育存在的不宽容,妨碍了创新人才的培养。因此,我们需要以教育宽容滋养创新人才成长的环境。Education tolerance refers to the limited acceptance of people and events in the education and the educational process,on the basis of the equality,understanding and respect.However,the intolerance in current education has obstructed the cultivation of creative talents.Therefore,we need to nourish the growth environment of creative talents with education tolerance.
