摘　　要：通过对国内外不同医疗体制下儿童医疗保险制度现状、特点以及相关问题的比较分析,对目前存在问题和发展方向提出思考和建议,为完善相关制度提供理论依据。With the experiences of medical insurance systems from different countries under various health systems,the current status,characteristics and issues related with medical insurance were compared and analyzed.Recommendations with regards to the existing problems and development trends were raised for further perfection of Shanghai children＇s medical insurance system.
