摘　　要：从中医辨证论治的角度出发,结合自已对病毒性肝炎导致肝硬化病的诊治思路和经验作扼要阐述。从对该病的病因病机探讨,提出扶正与祛邪相结合的治法,其中扶正包括:疏肝理气,养阴柔肝;健脾和胃,益气助运。驱邪包括:清热解毒,祛湿化浊,活血化瘀,利水消臌,达邪退黄等治则治法和方药,并列举案例。Objective To summarize the treatment and experience of cirrhosis caused by viral hepatitis from the perspective of syndrome differentiation of TCM.Methods By probing into the pathogenesis of the disease,strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors is adopted.Treatments and prescriptions are as follows： strengthening the body resistance：（1） soothing the liver to regulate its qi flow and replenishing yin to nourish the liver;（2） invigorating spleen and stomach,reinforcing qi to promote transportation;eliminating pathogenic factors：（1） clearing heat and toxic materials;（2） expelling dampness and turbid substance;（3） promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis;（4） increasing secretion of urine to remove abdominal distension;（5） eliminating the evil from the interior to superficies and removing jaundice.Relevant cases are cited in the paper.Conclusion：The opinions are presented in the paper for communication with other professionals.
