摘 要:[目的]建立香圆叶中柚皮苷的含量测定方法。[方法]采用HPLC色谱法对香圆叶的主要成分柚皮苷的含量进行定量分析,色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为无水甲醇-水-冰醋酸(30∶68∶2,V/V/V);流速1.1 ml/min,检测波长为286 nm。[结果]柚皮苷在0.192 6~1.152μg/ml范围内呈良好的线形关系,加样回收率为100.6%,RSD为1.5%(n=6)。[结论]高效液相色谱法测定香圆叶中柚皮苷的含量方法操作简单、准确、重复性好、精密度高、专属性强,可以作为香圆叶的质量控制标准,为中药香橼的品种鉴定和不同药用部位的研究开发提供较为科学的依据。[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of naringin in the leaf of Citrus wilsonii Tanaka by HPLC.[Method] The content of naringin in the leaf of Citrus wilsonii Tanaka was determined by HPLC.The separation was performed on a Kromasil column C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(30∶ 68∶ 2,V/V/V) at the flow rate of 1.1 ml/min.The detection wave length was 286 nm.[Result] There was a good linearity between the naringin concentration of 0.192 6 and 1.152 μg/ml.The addition recovery rate was 100.6% with the RSD of 1.5%(n=6).[Conclusion]The established HPLC method for determining naringin in Citrus wilsonii Tanaka takes advantages of simplicity,accuracy,good repeatability,high precision and strong specificity,which could provide a scientific basis for quality control specification of Citrus wilsonii Tanaka leaves,variety identification of FRUCTUS CITRI and development of different medicinal parts.
