TP，Survivin在子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨胸苷磷酸化酶（TP）,Survivin在子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的表达及二者相关性.方法 应用免疫组化（S-P法）,检测60例子宫内膜样腺癌、40例子宫内膜不典型增生和20例正常子宫内膜组织中TP,Survivin蛋白的表达情况.结果 TP在正常子宫内膜组织中的阳性表达率明显低于子宫内膜样腺癌组织（P〈0.05）.TP表达与组织学分级、临床分期无关（P〉0.05）,与肌层浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关（P〈0.05）.Survivin蛋白在子宫内膜样腺癌组织的阳性表达率显著高于正常内膜组织（P〈0.05）.Survivin在不同临床分期、组织分化程度、肌层浸润深度及发生淋巴结转移的组织中表达不同,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.Survivin与TP在子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的表达具有相关性（P〈0.01）.结论 TP和Survivin共同参与子宫内膜样腺癌的发生和发展.Objective To study the expression of Thymidine Phosphorylase（TP） and Survivin in endometrial carcinomas（EC） ,and to evaluate its correlation with the clinicopathological features. Methods Tissues from 60 patients with EC,40 patients with atypical hyperplasia and 20 patients with normal endometrium were obtained and the expression of TP and Survivin was detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results The expression of TP in normal endometrium was significantly lower than that in EC （ P 〈 0.05 ）. TP expression was uncorrelated with histological grade and clinical stage （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but correlated with myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The ex- pression of Survivin was significantly higher in EC than that in nomal endometfium（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Survivin expression was associated with clinical stage, histological grade, myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Obvious correlation between Survivin and TP expression was found （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion TP and Survivin play roles in the carcinogenesis and development of endometrial carcinoma.
