摘　　要：目的 观察Survivin与P16 蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例胃癌患者的胃癌组织及从中随机抽取的20例癌旁组织的Survivin与P16蛋白的表达情况.结果 胃癌组织中Survivin与P16蛋白的阳性例数分别为40例和18例,而相应的20例癌旁黏膜组织中的Survivin与P16蛋白的阳性例数分别为4例和17例,两组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.胃癌组织中Survivin基因的阳性表达与组织学分级无关（P＞0.05）,而与临床分期、淋巴结转移情况相关（P＜0.05）;胃癌组织中P16蛋白表达的缺失与组织学分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移情况均相关（P＜0.05）.结论 Survivin蛋白的过表达和P16蛋白的表达缺失与胃癌的侵袭性及预后相关.Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin and P16 in 60 cases of human gastric carcinoma and to explore their significance. Methods Immunohistochemical staining of Survivin and P16 was performed by the standard streptavidin-perocixidase（SP） technique in gastric carcinoma and its 20 cases of corresponding normal tissue. Results In 60 cases of gastric carcinoma,Survivin and P16 protein was detected in 40 and 18 cases respectively,in 20 cases of corresponding normal tissue Survivin and PI 6 protein was detected in 4 and 17 cases, and there was statistical significance between the two group. In 60 cases of gastric carcinoma Survivin had no significant relationship with histolog- ical differentiation grade. Significant relationship was found between Smwivin expression and TNM stage, lymph node metastiasis of gastric carcinoma. In 60 cases of gastric carcinoma PI6 expression had signifieant relationship with histological differentiation grade,TNM stage and lymph node metastiasis. Conclusion The high expression level of Survivin and the low expression level of P16 had significant relationship with invasion and prognosis of gastric careinoma.
