国际化应用型软件服务外包人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：针对应用型软件人才培养所存在的问题,根据软件外包产业对人才知识与能力的要求,提出课程体系设置应坚持发展和开放、层次性和个性化的两个原则;处理好基本理论与新技术、外语应用能力与技术应用能力两个关系,阐述"两个平台,两个结合"的软件服务外包人才培养模式。In view of some problems existing in the software talents training process,according to the software outsourcing industry requirements of the knowledge and ability that talents should have,a series of measures are proposed,including two principles we should stick to,that is,development with openness and hierarchy with individuation,and two relationships we should coordinate with,that is,basic theories with new technologies and the using ability of foreign languages with technology in the setting of curricula.A new talents cultivation model is also constructed.
