摘　　要：军事特色学科建设一直是军队院校生存和发展的重要途径.武警后勤学院部队防护医学教研室自2008年成立以来,一直致力于进行军事防护医学学科建设.经过3年多的探索与实践,学科建设在人才队伍、教学能力、科研水平、教学管理等方面取得了较大的成绩,逐渐形成了一套适合自身特色的发展方式,为处于起步建设阶段的相关学科的建设与发展提供了一定的参考.The construction of military characteristic disciplines has always been an important way for military academies to survive and development. Since the founding of military protective medicine department of Logistics College of Chinese People＇ s Armed Police Forces in 2008, the discipline construction in military protective medicine has been given great attention. After 3 years of exploration and practice, large achievements has been obtained in the talent group, teaching ability, scientific research level and teaching management, which forms a set of development characteristics of their own and provides an reference for the related disciplines at the initial stage.
