摘 要:以丙烯酸(AA)单体的水溶液为水相,液体石蜡为油相,失水山梨醇三油酸酯(Span 85)和辛基苯基聚氧乙烯醚(Opan 10)为复合乳化剂,合成了淀粉/丙烯酸反相乳液;考察了乳化剂亲水亲油平衡值(HLB值)、油水比、乳化剂用量、单体浓度、温度对乳液稳定性和类型的影响.结果表明,合成淀粉/丙烯酸稳定反相乳液体系的适宜条件是:HLB值3.1~6.0,油水比1∶1,乳化剂浓度4%,丙烯酸浓度0.3~0.47mol.L-1,温度低于60℃.Starch/acrylic acid inverse emulsions were prepared by using acrylic acid monomer as the aqueous phase and paraffin as the oil phase in the presence of Span 85(sorbitan trioleate) and Opan 10(octyl-phenyl polyoxyethylene ether) as the compounded emulsifiers.The effects of hydrophile-lipophile balance(HLB) value of the emulsifiers,oil to water ratio,concentration of emulsifiers,dosage of monomer,and temperature on the stability and type of as-prepared emulsions were investigated.Results show that starch/acrylic acid inverse emulsion with good stability can be well prepared at an HLB value of 3.1-6.0,oil to water ratio of 1∶1,emulsifier dosage of 4%,monomer concentration of 0.3-0.47 mol·L-1,and temperature of below 60 ℃.
