摘  要:[目的]旨在分析安秦、和秦、和安秦三种杂交肉牛的产肉性能。[方法]选择和秦、安秦和安秦杂、秦川肉牛各5头作为3个试验组和1个对照组,测定三种杂交肉牛的宰前活重、胴体重、净肉重、屠宰率、净肉率、胴体净肉率、高档肉产率等指标,并进行分析和差异比较。[结果]表明:三种杂交组合各分析指标均高于秦川牛,且达到极显著水平(P<0.01);和安秦各指标除胴体净肉率外都高于安秦、和秦,且达到显著水平(P<0.05)。和安秦三元杂交组合肉用性能最好,其次是和秦两元杂交组合,最后是安秦两元杂交组合;犍牛产肉性能优于母牛,且达到显著水平(P<0.05)。[结论]和秦、安秦、和安秦三个杂交组合产肉性能和高档肉产率均比秦川牛大幅提高。【Objective】The purpose of this experiment is to analyze the beef performance of the hybrids from Angus×Qinchuan cattle,Wagyu×Qinchuan cattle and Wagyu×Angus×Qinchuan cattle.【Method】Each five from the three kinds of hybrids were chosen as test group,and Qinchuan cattle was as the control.The weight before slaughter,carcass weight,net meat weight,dressing percentage,net meat percentage,carcass net meat ratio and other indicators were compared and analyzed among the three kinds of hybrid cattle.【Result】The result showed that each index of the three kinds of hybrid cattlewas higher than Qinchuan cattle,and the difference was significant(P0.01),All the indexes of Wagyu×Angus×Qinchuan cattle were higher than Angus×Qinchuan cattle,Wagyu × Qinchuan cattle,and the difference was significant(P0.05)except carcass net meat rate.Then was the Wagyu×Qinchuan cattle and Angus×Qinchuan cattle.The beef production performance of castration cattle was better than cows,and the difference was significant(P0.05).【Conclusion】The beef production performance and high grade beef rate of the three hybrid combination was better than Qinchuan cattle.
