摘　　要：[目的]研究不同同期发情处理方法对威宁黄牛胚胎移植效果的影响。[方法]采用CUE-MATE孕酮栓+PG法和PG注射法进行对比试验,并分析结果。[结果]PG注射法的可移植率、产犊率均优于CUE-MATE孕酮栓+PG法。[结论]采用PG注射法和CUE-MATE孕酮栓+PG法对威宁黄牛进行同期发情处理后,PG注射法的胚胎移植效果较好,且成本较低、操作方便、产犊率较高。【Objective】It was to study the effect on embryo transfer of Weining cattle in different estrus treatment ways.【Method】Contrast test with CUE-MATE＋PG and PG were carried on.【Result】The transfer rate and calf rate treated with CUE-MATE＋PG method was superior to that of treated with PG method.【Conclusion】The effect on embryo transfer of PG method was better than that of CUE-MATE＋PG method,and the cost was lower,and the method was easy to manipulate.Calf rate was higher.
