摘　　要：文章以某校图书馆为个案,分析高校图书馆绩效管理的现状,运用人力资源管理KPI绩效管理方法,阐述大学图书馆绩效管理体系的构建及实施。Based on the case of a college library, the paper analyzes the status in quo of performanee management in college library.By using KPI method of performance management for human resource managemenl, it： explains the eslablishment and implementation of performance management SyStem in college library.
