摘　　要：X射线剖面密度仪替代以放射性核素为辐射源的γ射线剖面密度仪是今后人造板剖面密度测量仪器的发展方向。仪器由X射线源、射线接收探头、剖面扫描装置、射线防护装置以及监控软件组成,通过计算试件的质量衰减系数可以得到厚度方向各剖面的密度。The development trend of densitometer for measure of vertical density profile of Wood-based Panel is that the γ-densitometer on radioactive source will be replaced of X-ray densitometry.The instrument is composed of x-ray source,x-ray detector,scanning apparatus,x-ray protection apparatus and control software.The vertical density profile could be gained by calculating the mass attenuation coefficient of Wood-based Panel.
