摘　　要：目的探讨浙江省精神病专科医院住院患者疾病谱情况,以期为调整精神病护理人员的继续教育方针提供依据。方法 2010年1-12月,采用分层随机抽样法选取浙江省14所精神病医院,再从抽出的各所医院中以月份为基本单位系统抽出3个月(3、7、11月)的出院患者作为研究对象,收集患者住院诊断、性别、年龄、合并症及治疗情况。结果住院患者疾病构成以精神分裂症及心境障碍为主,临床合并症以高血压病、白细胞减少症、糖尿病为主,医院感染发生率为4.6%。结论 精神疾病应以分裂症及心境障碍的防治为主,内科基础护理在精神科临床护理中具有重要地位,精神科护理人员继续教育要注重内科护理知识的培训。Objective To investigate the disease spectrum in Psychiatric Hospital of Zhejiang Province so as to provide evidence for rearranging the continuing education program for psychiatric nurses.Methods From January to December 2010,42 discharged psychiatric patients during the three months（March,July and November） were selected from 14 psychiatric hospitals using random stratified sampling method to investigate the patients＇ information on diagnosis,sex,age,treatment drugs and the complications.Results Schizophrenia and psychological obstacles largely constitued the disease spectrum of psychiatric inpatients.The common complications were hypertension,leucopenia and diabetes.The rate of hospital infection was 4.6%.Conclusion The preventive strategy of psychosis should be prone to schizophrenia and mood disorder,the internal basic nursing plays an important role in the clinical psychiatric nursing.Thus the continuing education of the psychiatric nurses should focus on the training of internal nursing knowledge.
