摘　　要：辅导员是高校育人队伍的重要组成部分,科学合理的辅导员绩效考评体系对高校育人工作的发展及辅导员的个人成长有着极大的促进作用。本文在对影响辅导员考评体系存在的问题进行分析的基础上,提出了改进辅导员绩效考评体系的建议。Instructors are the important constituent of colleges teachers,and reasonable performance evaluation of instructors can promote the development of the education of colleges and universities and the growth of instructors themselves.This paper analyzes the problems existed in the performance evaluation of instructors in colleges and puts forward proposals on promoting the performance evaluation of instructors.
