摘　　要：西北少数民族政治文化是从民族共同体的角度对政治文化进行划分和界定而形成的一个特定范畴,指的是民族共同体成员中普遍存在的对政治的主观取向。为了尽快使社会主义政治文化在西北少数民族地区生长、发育、成熟,并在人们的政治思维和政治行为中占据主导地位,把握机遇和迎接挑战这是在理论上和实践上解决西北少数民族政治文化建设问题的立足点和出发点,也是保障我国西北少数民族地区经济发展、政治稳定、文化繁荣和社会和谐的一个重要手段,具有极为重要的现实意义和理论意义。Ethnic minority politics and culture in the northwest of China, referring to the common subjective approach towards politics among all members of the national community, are a special cate- gory according to the classification and definition of politics and culture from the aspect of the national community. To make the socialist politics and culture take hold and develop into maturity in the ethnic areas in China＇s northwestern areas and hold a dominant position in the people＇s minds and their politi- cal behavior, seizing opportunities and facing challenges are the foothold and the starting point for ad- dressing the issues of ethnic political and cultural construction in the areas in theory and practice. That is a guarantee of economic development, political stability, cultural prosperity and social harmo- ny in China＇s northwestern ethnic areas and is extremely significant both in theory and reality .
