玉屏风散对烟熏加LPS致COPD大鼠模型免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药玉屏风散预防上呼吸道感染的机理。方法采用烟熏加气管滴加脂多糖方法复制COPD模型,采用酶联反应法测定大鼠血清中分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和白介素-2(IL-2)含量。结果玉屏风散作为预防性给药,能提高肺气虚大鼠免疫力,改善肺气虚大鼠的免疫功能,浓度高则作用越明显(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风散具有提高机体免疫力,对于肺气虚型上呼吸道感染有预防作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the mechanism of Yupingfeng Powder and its effect of preventing upper respiratory tract infection.METHODS Fume smoking and fast LPS dropping through trachea was applied to duplicate the COPD models;enzyme reaction was used to determine content of SIgA,IgG and IL-2 in rats＇ serum.RESULTS Yupingfeng Powder,which was used as preventing medication,improved immunity of rats with Lung-qi deficiency and promoted their immune function,showing higher effect with higher density（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Yupingfeng Powder has the function of improving immunity and anti-inflammation,as well as preventing effect on upper respiratory tract infection caused by Lung-qi deficiency.
