摘 要:目的:研究肠健片的最佳醇提工艺。方法:以小檗碱与木香烃内酯的含量及干浸膏得率为评价指标,采用正交设计结合多指标综合评分法优化醇提工艺。结果:确定的最佳乙醇提取工艺条件为用含1%硫酸的65%乙醇溶液提取3次,加溶剂量分别为12﹑10﹑10倍,提取时间分别为2.0﹑1.5﹑1.5 h。结论:确定的提取工艺设计合理,稳定可控。Objective: To study the optimum extraction process by ethanol of Changjian Tablet. Methods: Ethanol extrac- tion process of Changjian Tablets was optimized with berberine, costunolide content and dry extract yield rate as the evalu- ation indexs, with orthogonal design and multi-index comprehensive evaluation method as evaluation method. Results 65% ethanol (containing 1% sulfuric acid) was used as solution; extract times were 3, the plus amount of solution was 12, 10, 10 times, extraction time were 2.0, 1.5, 1.5 h. The optimum ethanol extraction conditions concluded that above were intestigated. Conclusion: The identified extraction process is reasonable, stable and controllable.
