论经济转型背景下的大学生创新能力培养

摘　　要：新时期我国经济发展面临资源、环境的巨大压力和自主创新能力不强等制约因素,必须依靠大量创新型人才推动经济的转型升级。高校作为创新型人才培养的主阵地,应当积极开展大学生课程教学的优化与改革,深入推进大学生课外创新实践平台的搭建与拓展,有效整合大学生创新教育的载体和资源,努力构建大学生创新能力培养体系,为我国经济转型输送不竭动力。China＇s economic development in the new era faces great pressures from resource and environment, the weak capacity of independent innovation as well as other constraints, and it must rely on a number of innovative talents to promote economic transformation and upgrading. As the main front of training innovative talents, universities should vigorously pursue to optimize and reform of course teaching, further promote the construction and expand of extra-curricular platform for undergraduates＇ innovative practice, integrate effectively the carrier and resources for innovative education of undergraduates and try to develop training system for improving undergraduates＇ innovative ability, the above methods could provide inexhaustible power for China＇s economic transformation.
