摘　　要：高校毕业生就业形势已较为稳定,但高校毕业生就业困难群体就业难的问题依然凸显。文章围绕高校毕业生就业困难群体的界定和类型,产生的原因以及对其提供指导和帮助的对策和建议三大方面来阐述。The employment situation of graduates in universities has been relatively stable, but disadvantaged group in employment still has difficult problems. The article puts forward the definition and type of the group, reasons of this phenomenon as well as countermeasures and suggestions to provide guidance and assistance for this group.
