摘　　要：协作可以大大增强指挥决策的质量,提高部队作战能力,团队协作的重要目的是共享态势感知。从对态势感知分析入手,建立了个体态势感知模型;在分析协作与共享态势感知关系的基础上,建立了无协作下的共享态势感知模型、完全协作和考虑协作质量的共享态势感知模型,对比分析了协作和无协作下团队共享态势感知能力,最后通过仿真定量地分析了协作对共享态势感知的影响,验证了协作质量的重要性。Collaboration can improve quality of decision and the battle effectiveness,and group collaboration can realize awareness sharing.By analyzing the awareness,the personal awareness model was built.After analyzing the relationship between collaboration and awareness sharing,the model of shared awareness in the condition of non-collaboration,complete collaboration and collaboration correlating with quality were suggested.Then capabilities of awareness sharing in the condition of non-collaboration and collaboration were compared.Finally,the quantitative analysis about the effect of collaboration for shared awareness was made by simulation,and the importance of collaboration quality was verified.
