耗散结构理论在高校新生公寓管理中的运用

摘　　要：从耗散结构理论的视角来看,高校新生公寓管理系统具有四个特性:开放性、远离平衡态、非线性相互作用和涨落,通过熵流分析,解释高校新生公寓系统存在的问题,从而指出高校新生公寓管理的实施方向,并提出了以开放系统作为基本出发点,以远离平衡态来增加公寓管理工作的活力,以非线性作用和涨落作为管理工作改革突破口的方案.From the perspective of dissipative structural theory, the freshman apartment management system has four characteristics; openness, state of being far from equilibrium, non--linear interaction and fluctuation. By means of entropy flow analysis, this paper explains the problems existing in the system of freshmen apartments and thereby points out the implementation direction of the residential administration; meanwhile, it suggests enhancing the vitality of dormitory administration by the way of open system and being away from equilibrium state. At the same time this paper offers proposal to the breakthrough of reform in administration by means of nonlinear effect and fluctuation.
