摘　　要：采用激光动态法测定了A-K糖在水、甲醇、乙醇三种纯溶剂和乙醇-水二元溶剂中的溶解度数据,并应用Apelblat模型对实验数据进行拟合,效果令人满意。同时测定了A-K糖在水中的超溶解度数据,确定了A-K糖水溶液的结晶介稳区。这为A-K糖的冷却结晶工艺的建立及优化提供了理论基础。The solubilities of A-K in pure water,methanol,ethanol and water-ethanol two mixed solvents at different temperatures were determined by laser dynamic method.The model equations in solvents were established with the Apelblat equation.Crystallization metastable zone of A-K in aqueous solution was also determined by the same method.The results can provide basic thermodynamics data for the establishment and optimization of cooling crystallization process of A-K.
