摘　　要：立足于独立学院的独特性,以培养"应用型人才"为中心,围绕教师"因材施教、学生"学以致用",从"人性化管理、针对性实验、鼓励式教学"三个方面探讨了如何建设具有独立学院特色的应用化学实验教学新体系。Based on the characteristics of the independent college,how to establish experimental teaching new system of applied chemistry was discussed from three aspects of human-oriented management,targeted experiments,and encourage the teaching.The experimental teaching of independent college was application-oriented training,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and studying for the purpose of application.
