摘  要:目的研究运动性疲劳大鼠抗氧化能力变化及中药仙鹤草对氧自由基的作用。方法选用SD大鼠,随机分为5组。采用中等强度跑台运动建立运动性疲劳大鼠模型,检测大鼠血清乳酸(LA)、丙二醛(MDA)含量与乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果运动性疲劳模型大鼠血清LA、MDA含量升高,LDH、SOD活性降低,与正常组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01)。仙鹤草能降低血清LA、MDA含量,升高LDH、SOD活性,与模型组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01)。结论仙鹤草有一定的抗疲劳作用,其作用机制可能与其提高抗氧化能力、减少自由基代谢产物有关。Objective It is to study the change of anti-oxidant ability in rat with sports fatigue and the effect of traditional Chinese herb Xianhecao on oxygen radicals.Methods The rats were chosen and randomly divided into five groups.The sports fatigue rat models were established with medium-intensity treadmill running.The contents of LA and MDA and the activities of LDH and SOD in rats were detected.Results The contents of LA and MDA of sports fatigue model rats heightened and the activities of LDH and SOD lowered,and the differences were all significant compared with normal group(P0.05 or 0.01).Xianhecao could lower the contents of LA and MDA and heighten the activities of LDH and SOD,and the differences were all significant compared with model group(P0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Xianhecao has determinate effect of againsting fatigue.The mechanism is probably related with heightening the anti-oxidation ability and decreasing the metabolite of free radical.
