摘　　要：知识经济时代,伴随着新技术革命的迅速发展,世界各国对人才的需求,无论在数量上还是质量上都更为紧迫,高素质和高技术人才短缺严重。为培养一批富有竞争力的劳动者,高等教育的内容有必要进行一系列的转变。加快以就业能力为导向的人才培养机制的改革,是高等教育主动回应就业全球化竞争的现实选择,是满足劳动力市场多元需求的核心措施,同时也是高等教育应对企业弹性化发展的必然要求。As the new technological revolution develops quickly in the age of knowledge economy, the demand for large numbers of high quality talents is growing rapidly all over the world. In order to educate a group of competitive workers, it is necessary to carry out a series of reforms in higher education institutes. The promotion of the employment-oriented reform in higher education institutes is the realistic and rational choice to respond to the global employment competition and the key measure to meet the multiple needs of the labor market. It is also the inevitable requirement for coping with the increasing flexibility of enterprises.
