摘  要:为了改善发泡橡胶底布孔径不均、硬度不适、撕裂强度低、存在皮泡和暗泡等问题,通过试验,探讨了发泡孔径种类、发泡剂选择、发泡剂用量对底布发泡性能的影响。指出:以NBR为原料,通过配方调整,选用发泡剂B,用量为1.5%,硫化温度为150℃,硫化压力为500N,控制硫化时间(频率为慢档25Hz/20min/2.2m)进行发泡,可以得到孔径均匀,无皮泡、暗泡,手撕发泡层不撕裂,发泡厚度达到标准的发泡橡胶底布;同时通过对底布生产工艺的严格控制,则可以在国产鼓式硫化机上制造出合格的适于强力毛纺弹性针布用的发泡底布。In order to Solve the problems such as the poor aperture distribution of the foamed rubber base,improper rigidity,poor laniating strength,surface foaming and inner foaming.Experiments finds the impact of the aperture type,selection of foaming agent,dosing of the foaming agent on the base cloth regarding the foaming performance.Conclusion is made that the adjusted process with NBR as the material under the following condition including the foaming agent B,dosing 1.5%, sulphuring temperature of 150 ℃,sulphuring pressure of 500 N,the controlled timing of 25 Hz/20 min/2.2 m can produce base cloth with uniform aperture without surface foaming and inner foaming,with strong laniating strength and the desired foaming width.Through rigid control of the process,foamed cloth for the wool flexible clothing with good strength can be produced with the domestic drum sulphuring machine.
