摘  要:采用傅里叶红外(FT–IR)对端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)本体反应动力学进行了研究,测定了其本体反应级数及动力学常数;考察了有机酸、防老剂及挥发性组分对HTPB与IPDI反应活性的影响,并考察了HTPB不同数均相对分子质量、不同后处理方法对其与IPDI反应活性的影响。对化学滴定法与FT–IR法的测定结果进行了比较,证明2种方法结果吻合较好,但FT–IR方法更加精确简便。实验测定HTPB与IPDI本体反应活化能70℃下,Ea1=74.9 kJ/mol,Ea2=77.87 kJ/mol,为2级反应。The researches on bulk reaction kinetics of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB) and isophoronc diisocyanate(IPDI) were carried out by Foruier Transform Infrared(FT-IR), and the order and kinetic constants of the bulk reaction were determined. The effects of organic acids, antioxidants and volatile compounds on reaction activity of HTPB and IPDI were investigated. The effects of HTPB with different relative molecular mass, different post-treatment methods on the reaction activity of HTPB and IPDI were also investigated. Comparison of the results between chemical titration method and FT-IR method shows that the both results are good consistent each other, and the FT-IR method is more accurate and simple. The bulk reaction activation energies of HTPB and IPDI determined in the experiments at 70℃ are: Ea1=74.9 kJ/ mol, Ea2=77.87 kJ/mol. The reaction is second order reaction.
