民办高校教学质量管理探析

摘　　要：民办高等教育作为我国教育体系的重要组成部分,在人才培养过程中发挥着巨大的作用。民办高校只有提高教学质量,才能从真正意义上提高学校竞争力,在生存和发展中立于不败之地。学生状况、师资情况、专业和课程设置、教学评价与监控体系等因素是影响教学质量的主要因素,抓好这几个方面是保证民办高校教学质量提高的关键。As an important part of the educational system in the process of personnel training, China＇ s private higher education plays a huge role. Only by improving teaching quality of private universities,their competitiveness, survival and development can remain invincible. The status of the students, teachers, professional and curriculum, teaching evaluation and monitoring system and other factors are the main factors affecting the teaching quality.
